Why should you juice everyday?

You have been training hard to get yourself into a healthy life. But after experiencing such hard work you understood that only training is not enough but diet is the main thing that you must follow.
You must have heard from your trainers aka gurus that it's all about eating good and living good i.e 20 per cent training and 80 per cent is food/diet.
It is from my personal experiences. Most of the trainers tell you about eating this and that but they never advised you to juice.
Juicing every day is the best way to live healthily. The juice is equally healthy and beneficial to food. You can even get more nutrients from juice as compared to whole food.
Reasons to juice daily
Energy
Daily juicing gives you the energy to perform the task in your daily life. Whenever you are tired to crave for food. But it doesn't mean that the food can recharge your body. Instead of eating any food or drinking coffee go for the best juice possible. It recharges your body and mind in a single serving. Personally, if I get tired i would drink the green juice because it is a perfect remedy and instantly lift your energy level.
Detoxify your body
How much you try you can never save your body from getting intoxicated. The toxins get into your body through drinking water, air and also from food. These toxins are harmful to your liver. Taking juice every day can help you detoxify your body from harmful elements. This makes your liver strong enough to prevent the toxins to enter your body.
Ageing
The main reason behind ageing is damaging oxidants. That's is why you are always asked to eat green vegetables and fruits. but you did not listen to your elders. The vegetables and fruits are important ingredients that protect your body from damaging oxidants. Juicing the green vegetables as antioxidants can help you delay your ageing.
Maintain alkalinity
Your body can neither be acidic nor alkaline. It has to maintain a pH value of 7.35 and 7.45 pH. But when you drink alcohol or eat food your body tends to become acidic causing weak bones, fatigue, stiff joints, and digestive problems. So you need to drink green juice to maintain your alkalinity.
Strong Immunity
Just like your gym equipment needs proper care and lubricants to work properly, your body too needs a healthy and strong immune system to function properly. Green juices are like the lubricants to your body that makes your immunity system strong enough to maintain your healthy life.
